Can you tell that I’m ready for springtime from this outfit? Even though there’s a chance of snow next week, I’m ready to bring out all my dresses and skirts. If these photos aren’t proof of that, I don’t know what is. Although the weather was barely mild a few weeks back, I jumped at the chance to wear this cute black mock neck dress c/o Tobi. Even though it comes in several colors, I picked it in black because it’s classic and versatile. I like that it has a mock neck because it allows me to play around with accessories; I can definitely see myself wearing this with a silver statement necklace of some sort. On top of that, the ribbed material makes it a little bit more interesting.

I have to say, though, that this piece is a bit on the shorter side and the material isn’t necessarily appropriate for winter. You probably won’t catch me wearing it again until spring. But once that time comes, I’m sure I’ll have a lot of fun styling it. I can already picture it looks really cute with a pair of minimalist sandals or sneakers. Don’t you agree?
