Cozy Oversize Sweater

I’m a firm believer that you can never have too many cozy sweaters in your closet. I recently got this cute oversize sweater c/o of Tobi, and it’s the perfect thing to wear for a relaxed weekend at home. It’s been terribly cold this weekend, so this outfit was the perfect thing to lounge in while drinking tea and binge-watching The Crown. 

I love the comfortable fit and the open back makes it just a bit sexier than your typical oversize sweater.  Although I wore it with a lacey bralette, you can always go braless if you feel comfortable; the fit is loose enough that it doesn’t look scandalous. While I probably won’t be wearing it outside without a jacket in the next few weeks, I’m looking forward to styling it for spring. I think it will look really cute with denim jeans and sandals. I could also picture it looks cute with a black mini skirt and over-the-knee boots. But, since temps don’t seem to be going up anytime soon, you and I will both have to wait a while to see those outfits.

Speaking of enjoying a weekend at home, you might have seen this awesome chair on my Instagram feed. I’m planning to move into my own place next month, so I’m slowly trying to acquire furniture. I found this vintage rattan chair while window shopping and I couldn’t leave home without it. Since it’s one of the few pieces I’ve purchased, it’s going to be fun decorating my new home around it. I’ve been having so much fun collecting ideas on Pinterest. I can’t wait to share all the before and afters with you.

On that note, I do still need to find a place. I applied for an apartment last week and I’m keeping my fingers crossed that it all works out. I’ll keep you updated!
